At Sporty’s, you will never be asked to “use the touchpad of your phone to enter your 16-digit account number.” That’s because when you call Sporty’s customer service department, you will talk to a human being.
Yes, you read that right. You'll talk to a Sporty’s employee with an average customer service tenure of 24 years. This isn’t a phone bank in some remote location—our Customer Service people work side by side with other staff right here at the Clermont County Airport in Ohio.
You’ll talk to one of our helpful staff—Angie, Carmen, Jim, Janet, all of them—they are all dedicated to getting you answers, helping you out, solving a problem, hearing a complaint. Whatever it takes to make sure your shopping experience with Sporty’s is the best possible.
It all starts with our One Year Guarantee that remains unchanged since 1961. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, let us know—we will make it right. If you would like a refund or exchange, please return the product on a timely basis in the same condition in which it was received. That's it—no fine print and no hassle.
A timely basis would allow enough time for you to try the product once or twice. We feel 30 days allows ample time to do this. After 30 days, we will continue to support the product for a full year, but refunds and exchanges are not accepted.
