Waste of money. ASF used to publish a really nice checkride guide. It was a two part booklet - back side was the guide for CFIs. This booklet is 1/4 the size. It doesn't even have the new Wings sign off - still refers to the old Wings phases.
Ridiculous shipping charge - $7.95 for an envelope sized booklet.

Excellent reference for us CFI's, also highly recommended by our CFI upgrade instructors. Use it often.
Cons
Bit pricey but mostly worth it, would have purchased several for my CFI friends and students but beyond my range. Wish you all had a CFI discount or multiple purchase discount.

All maneuvers are in the same order that my check ride was performed this booklet is small easy and makes greater sense of what you are taught in training, excellent to use in practice or sim flying and as a refresher

does not specifically cover engine fire in flight procedures, or power loss during takeoff procedures ,also could include blank pages or gaps between procedure to write notes but over all an excellent book
General Comments
using this booklet all you need to add are your "v" speeds next to the task being performed for your specific aircraft (in pencil) so they can be changed for upgrade ratings in other aircraft
