How do I find the product I need?

Sporty’s Pilot Shop online is organized by categories and groups. You can browse through these categories and groups to find what you need. You can also search for any product by name, keyword or product number.

How do I place an order?

When you find the product you need, select any options for that product and click 'add to basket'. Continue shopping until you have all the products you need and click the checkout button.

Is it safe to order online?

All transactions are completed on our secure server. In secure mode, your computer and our server begin communicating, sending data back and forth in an encrypted format. All of your personal information including name, address, and credit card number are encrypted so it cannot be read as the information travels across the internet. Once your order is processed all credit card information is erased from our web server.

What payment methods are accepted?

Sporty’s Pilot Shop accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Eurocard. Checks and money orders are accepted for mail in orders.

Do you ship internationally?

Sporty’s Pilot Shop does ship internationally. International customers will be charged for international air shipping plus $14 for international packaging, documentation and guaranteed delivery.

Delivery time for international orders is approximately 14 business days depending on customs.

Mail orders ship the same day we receive them. Engraved and Embroidered items will ship in two days in most instances.

How long will it take to get my order?

We're proud to offer the fastest service of anyone in the mail order business. If you order today before 5:00pm Eastern (weekdays), it will be on its way this afternoon. Mail orders ship the same day we receive them. Two day delivery is standard! Overnight shipping is available for an additional charge. Note: Engraved and Embroidered items will ship in two days in most instances.

How do I get my user name and password?

Upon completion of your first order, your user name and password will be sent to you by email. Although you never need a user name and password to complete an order, it will speed up the checkout process during future visits. Sporty’s also offers online order tracking with your username and password.
