They are a little pricey... They make the light switch panel look a little massive and heavy, but there would be no way to accomplish the task and without that...

1. Came without screws. Longer screws were necessary because of the added thickness; 2. Snap-open lid catch took much greater effort to open than necessary to accomplish the job. The release technique is counter- intuitive.
