Then slide the compliant gasket over the male cord end, and screw the two halves together. The gasket is clamped firmly between the cords, keeping water out—even spray from a hose. Watertight Cord Connector is one-way (cannot be easily removed).

I was really glad to find this product. It was a lot safer than the way we were going to have to connect an extension cord outside. I would have liked to have had the option of one that the color is camouflage VS contractor's orange.

Product was actually better than expected. The threading aspect makes it weather proof. Color is great because it's easy to see, especially during the snow. Someone had there thinking cap on when they developed this.
