Durable, easily-identifiable colors (mostly) and staggered tabs make indexing NACO charts for Departure, Destination and Alternate airports a breeze.
Cons
Red and Orange aren't easily distinguished in low light conditions.

Due to the similarity between Red and Orange tabs, I've taken to using the Orange tab _reversed_ (tab on the left, vs. right) to mark my departure alternate or second alternate, while all the other tabs are on the right in sequence.

Easy to find an approach plate if you set it up ahead of time.
Cons
They fall out if you have the binder folded over to use a plate...don't find these that useful. I use stick on place-holders instead.

These dividers are really very nice. When I go on cross country's I set the dividers in at the airports I'll be visiting and it's so much easier to find them. Why try to flip through all of thin pages while your workload is increasing anyway. I also use them to mark KDBQ, my base airport and other airports that I frequent.
Cons
Sometimes the slip out from between the rings, but only if your not being very careful. Not usually a problem.
