Great to protect the screen of my Garmin. Easy to apply and keeps the readability of my Garmin while in flight easy and clear.

It is too expensive. It could be sold at much less.

I would recommend it to protect the screen of a Garmin. However, I would sure hope the price would be reduced in the future. There is enough gouging occuring at the gas pumps.

Way over priced. Screen looks ok in direct sunlight, but indoors or in low light conditions the screen resolution and sharpness is noticeably degraded. This was unexpected and very disappointing.
General Comments
This type of product is a must-have for the 696, but it would be nice to have a less expensive option and one that does not effect the optics and sharpness of the beautiful 696 screen.

A great product that fit perfectly, looks great, is very clear, easily applied and provides very nice protection for the 696 screen. IF IT PERFORMS AS GUARANTEED, IT WON'T LEAVE A GUMMY RESIDUE ON THE SCREEN WHEN IT HAS TO BE REPLACED. The cheap (2 for $8.00) protection films sold on ebay leave a terrible mess of sticky gum on the screen when you have to replace them; NOT FUN to remove if you can even get it off. The only solution to removing the gummy stuff left by the cheap products is to have the screen replaced by Garmin; very pricey to say the least.

NIGHTMARISHLY EXPENSIVE FOR JUST A SHEET OF PLASTIC! I bit the bullet and paid the $38.00 (with shipping) to Sporty's for their plastic protector because they assured me that it would leave no residue when removed. I trust them on this point BUT still feel very uncomfortable and taken advantage of with the outlandish price I had to pay for the product. Surely this item can be sold for FAR less and still make a handsome profit for Sporty's (and keep customers much happier).
