General CommentsI was exceptionally disappointed that your website did not reflect the backorder of this relatively common item. I received no less than 8 of the postcards from you indicating additional delays in getting the plotter. I ended up having to buy one from a local FBO since the ETA on yours was several months. I certainly hope you do a better job in the future of keeping your web site current and advising customers of backordered items. I was going to buy a headset from you but after this experience I went with a competitor. I will try buying from you again, but if the delays become excessive you will loose me as a customer and more importanly I will not recommend you to other aviation pilots. |
