Date - 6-29-2011 Rating - Private Overall  Durability Reliability Value Usability Expected Recommended Yes |  The adapter does exactly what it's supposed to do: allow me to use my helicopter-corded (one plug) Bose Aviation Headset X in the light Cessna in which I'm earning my fixed-wing rating (two-plug). Saved me from having to buy another headset. :) $40.00 seems a bit much for an adapter. However, the alternatives were to use the low-end PNR headsets in the trainer, or buy another ANR headset. Overall, it was a worthwhile puchase. I've used it on three fixed-wing training flights so far and it's far and away better than not being able to use my Bose. |

| Being a commercial helicopter pilot, and wanting to get the fixed wing rating, I didn't need new headsets. This adapter was just the thing to go from an S-76 to a 172.
