These hold the ailerons in place with minimal stress on the cables. ConsYou must put them on TIGHT or they will fall off. Also, they are easy to steal. But between your job, kids, and flying, you won't get around to it. Just buy it and your flight controls will thank you. ConsWish there was some sort of quicker tensioning mechanism.
