This high quality Smoke Hood stores easily in a flight bag or under a seat, and offers at least 15 minutes of breathing time in a fire or smoke emergency. It provides precious, non-toxic air, and even filters out dangerous carbon monoxide (unlike most smoke hoods). The protective hood is heat-resistant to 1400 degrees F (much higher than other hoods), but the window allows for a clear view of the instrument panel or emergency exit. You can easily remove the Hood from its carrying case and put it on in less than 20 seconds. 5 1/2 year shelf life.
