ConsProblem is that it's sealed in a bag and this makes it great for storage, but it appears that you really have to be quick to get it out of the bad, then get your beacon, dye markers, etc. attached to it prior to ditching in water. I would like to open one up to see where I can attach my equipment but I don't want to waste the $75 by removing the nice, long life, sealed, packaging.
