Always afraid that I might tear off the wings trying this on my own, I signed up for lessons in one of today's pre-eminent aerobatic planes. To compliment my lessons, I read this and several similar books. The flying work was extremely gratifying, and this book very much compliments the whole experience. I've been to Oshkosh 14 times, and now I can say that I didn't have a clue as to what is involved in aerobatic flight, and now I believe that it is ludicrous for all pilots not to be versed in this so basic skill.
