| Light weight, worked as advertised. We use a pair of Telex 850 headsets in a corporate Challenger where the noise cancelling feature is useful in reducing wind noise in the cockpit. Seems well made and durable, the ANR really helps, very clear microphone and speakers. Cons High Volume function results in very high volume and the ANR "hissing" sound is really loud with the hot mic on. Low volume is sufficient even with ear plugs in the Q400 that I fly in. A bit on the pricy side, I plan to use it the rest of my career though. |
