Our First Aid Kits contain the specific supplies required to treat types of injuries sustained in an aviation accident. Depending on the size of the kit, they include various quantities of: bandages, dressings, compresses, antiseptic wipes, eye wash, ammonia inhalants, wire splints, rescue blankets, pain relievers, scissors, forceps and a 25-page first aid handbook. Each kit is housed in a rugged 20-gauge steel storage case that is fire resistant, weatherproof and buoyant. A fold-down carrying handle and mounting brackets are also included. Favorably reviewed in Aviation Safety, these kits are produced to our specifications by a leading industrial and consumer first aid kit manufacturer. The small kit is designed for aircraft with up to four occupants, measures 9 3/4”l x 6 3/4”w x 2 5/8”h and weighs 4 lbs. The medium kit is designed for aircraft with up to eight occupants, measures 9 3/4”l x 9 1/2”w x 2 5/8”h and weighs 5 1/4 lbs. The large kit measures 9 3/4”l x 14”w x 2 5/8”h, weighs 9 lbs. and meets FAR 121.309, Appendix A for aircraft with up to 50 passenger seats.
