    Pros

    Concise.

    Cons

Too concise. I was expecting textbook on learning to fly gliders and what I got was a outline. It might be fine for an instructor organizing a course, but the aspiring glider pilot would be much happier with "Glider Flying Handbook" and/or "The Joy of Soaring".
