    Excellent Video. It was informative with good graphics.

    I was unable to utilize the download. I believe this was due to my slow Internet connection. Sporty's customer service quickly resolved this problem by changing the order to the DVD disk and sent it to me via mail. Thanks for the support in resolving the problem.
