What Format Should I Choose?

Both the DVD and the online version include the exact same video segments, test prep software and books. The DVD Course is great for watching on your large screen TV, and includes long-lasting hard copies of the books. The Online Course is ideal for those who travel, as you can use the full course anytime and anywhere you have an internet connection--there is no software to install. Both versions work on Windows (including 7) or Mac. Adobe Flash player required for online courses.

Earn FAA WINGS Credit!

Sporty's Instrument Rating Course makes a great refresher after you have your rating. You can even earn FAA Pilot Proficiency Program (WINGS) credit when you complete the course. The credit is automatically awarded when you watch all the videos and complete two practice tests with passing scores.
