Looks to me like a great way to get us to spend more money. The extra attachment should have been include in the inital purchase of the replacement battery. Was I supposed to hold it in my hand the whole flight, as I had to do for portions of the only flight I tried to use my GPS after installing the new battery? General CommentsThe replacement battery is probably fine, it is much too soon to know, but the fact that it was sent without the upgraded attachment piece makes the whole purchase useless because the GPS is unmountable. |

ConsLarger and sticks out on the back. No problem with mounting but it doesnt look as sleek as the standard thin battery. General CommentsIf you are not able to charge the AV80R during a flight you will most likely need this extra battery. |
