ConsThese replacements seem to have slightly firmer padding than the factory originals, but they're still new, maybe they'll get 'broken in' as they wear. Not really any less comfortable but you can notice a slight difference in softness vs originals. General CommentsMy original cushions lasted 4+ years before they began to frey to the point of replacement. These seem to be at least as well made as the originals if not a bit more so. |

If your old ones are starting to come apart these replacements are the way to go. I got my headsets in 2003, and found the replacement ear pads better than the originals. ConsI do believe they might be over priced. General CommentsThe photo is not what you will receive, These are high quality leatherette ear cushions similar, if not better, than the original ear cushions for the airman 850. |
