Sporty's is sending me a new one with no question, however the end clips are clearly not the same quality as the remainder of the bag. I expect to upgrade the hardware on the shoulder strap to make sure the clip does not break while I am out using the bag. General CommentsThe poor quality hardware on the shoulder strap is the only reason that I am not giving this bag a five star rating. |
