Date - 2-15-2010 Pilot Rating - Private OverallDurability Reliability Value Usability Expected Recommended Yes | I've got five hours in the cockpit with it thus far, always know where the pencil is, paper scrollable as advertised (which is nice--get the stuff out of the way you no longer need like a previous altimeter reading or frequency.) I unintentionally wore the device around my wrist while on the ground today for several hours between flights--quite comfortable. ConsI have hooked and yanked the headset cable with the pencil in it's holder (C172)--but at least I always know where the darn pencil is! General CommentsThis device was not designed for the pilot--which suprised me--I can't imagine walking around the office wearing one of these things! Only time will tell just how durable it is, but so far I love it. I still wear a knee board, but do most all my writing on the wrist device--save the knee board for holding charts and the flight plan. For a VFR pilot, this device assist with keeping the head up and out the windows just that much longer. |

| So comfortable, I forget I have it on. Convenient. Cons Needs ratchet mechanism to keep paper flat. Overall, I like it and use it in my emergency medical work every call. |
