I fly for a living and my Company requires me to carry about 19 different low atlitude charts. Bringing this wallet to my flight bag has made it easy to store all charts in an accordion fashion for easy access. I can easily lay the wallet with the most frequent used charts on top of my manuals leaving room to place my deadset on top..The fact that it has storage on both sides makes it even more convinient.. ConsThe wallet is about 2" taller than the charts, making it a little difficult to stand on my particular flight bag since I normally lay my headset on top of my manuals. This is understandable though, as the name Sporty's is engraved on the extra space. This is just my particular case and I circunavigated the problem by laying the wallet on the manual and the headset on top. General CommentsGreat value for the price..I recommend it to any pilot who likes to protect their charts. The wallet fits the charts completely into the protected area.. |

I went on a long x-country last week, put all my sectionals on one side in the order that I would need them, and the IFR enroute charts on the other side just in case. It worked great. Just shove the whole thing in your bag and you're good to go. |
