It is a sturdy heavy watch but feels good on. The zulu time feature is the reason I bought the watch and it does make quick zulu time references easy. It is nice looking. The clasp is great.

The E6B would be virtually impossible to read during flight and is nothing more than window dressing. The radio remote setting does not seem to work unless you are very close to the satellite location over the northern mid-west. It also is not very easy to change the time when you are traveling across time zones.

This is by far the best/coolest watch I have owned. It looks very nice. I have a Certina DS and a Rovina that are my standards to set my other watches; however this one has taken their place.

I currently live outside the US, so I do not get the radio signal. Therefore I cannot comment on that feature. However I can tell you that the watch is very accurate against the UTC clock I have at work. The E6B bezel is hard to read but it will perform basic calculations (fuel burn, Distance, etc).

Setting the watch manually takes a bit to figure out, but once you get the hang of it you should have no problems figuring out the rest of the settings.

Make sure you set the daylight savings time correctly for your home time zone (heck, take 20 minutes and set all the cities that use daylight savings time). If not you will see the UTC clock change time by one hour when you move the time to digital display 2 (home time). It took me a little while to understand that the UTC clock time is based on the home time zone settings. This will make since once you get the watch. By the way did I say that it looks good?

I really like how quickly time zones can be changed. Bring up the city for the time zone you are in, swap it to digital display 2 and you are done. Bamm!!! Your previous time zone is in Digital Display 1 and the UTC clock remains the same (as long as the daylight saving time is set correctly). One sweet piece of technology. Not sure if any of the Breitlings have the capablities of this watch. I did say that it looks good, didn't I ??

Not sure if I would by the titatium version. Your wrist will get use to the extra weight of this model in 50 seconds or less.

I guess my final thought would be…Buy it!!!

None really. As I implied, there is a learning curve with this watch, but hey that's what the aviation field is all about!!

Punch in that credit card and get one!!
