    Pros

I personally think this is an excellent source of information, it contains just about everything I would like to know about an airport, and the area before I get there.

    Cons

My instructor instructed me not to bring this around during lessons or checkrides etc. as it is not distributed by the FAA and that airport facility directories were the only choice, however in my opinion for a consolidated source, the Flight Guide is a great source of information, and will remain in my flight bag.

    Pros

Lots of information, including restaurants and motels nearby. Small size doesn't take up half the flightbag.

    Cons

Small size...don't expect to read it in turbulence.

    Pros

They pack a lot of useful info into tiny pages. Provides info on reporting points and arrival/departure procedures that only local pilots would otherwise know. Easy to use in the cockpit.

    Cons

When they send you updates, it takes a while to get everything put in its proper place. There is no separation between states, so you need to be mindful of the state/page number when putting them in the binder.

    General Comments

I use this product literally every time I fly. Although meant for VFR it has benefits to IFR pilots as well.
I will purchase the entire set for long cross country flights.
