I haven't used this product so I haven't rated reliability or durability. It looks as expected and appears to be easy to use. It packs small and says it can be used multiple times per flight. Its gel can hold 28 oz.
Hvae not used yet, but sure nice to have just in case.

This is a great product....clean quick and simple. Solved a lot of our problems with the little kids flying. Liquid becomes a solid quickly so no mess and self sealing. Clever design.

This is an excellent product that is very small and light allowing it to be easily stored under a seat, etc. As soon as it is used it "gels" nicely. Excellent when nature calls. I'm ordering more!

Soaks up the liquid quite nicely. Also, very light weight, and easy to store in the seat-back pouch for easy access.
Cons
Does not instantly soak up the liquid, so you have to handle the bag carefully for a few minutes while it all gels. Don't recommend in turbulence! Also, they could come with an external ziplock disposal bag which would provide a double-layer of protection against leaks.
General Comments
I have not had to use in the air, but I did test on the ground once to see how it would work. Because there is no long "spout" to help adjust bag position, I found myself having to contort in my seat to a point where I could position the "outflow device" (grin) in such a way as to use with potential for spill. Definitely would need an autopilot or very smooth air to attempt in flight.
