And the optics are as exceptional as the appearance, incorporating a coated 50mm lens and 200mm focal length for sharp, long-range viewing. The eyepiece is mounted at the optimum angle for either earthbound or heavenly viewing, at a full 18X magnification. The Telescope aims smoothly on its brass mount, and the extendable mahogany legs are lacquered to a deep finish, and trimmed with polished brass hardware.
