Pros
Product gives peace of mind knowing you'll never be locked out or stranded if you lose your keys. I have one for each of the three vehicle in our household. Combination lock on the first one I bought has reliably worked over 5 years and works in freezing temperatures. Easy installation and combination reset.
Cons
Numbers on the combination lock are hard to read in dim light. Have attached a box with glow sticks to the underside of the vehicle in order to use them if stranded in areas without lighting. One of the three secure key hideaways I installed had to be attached with washers beneath the back plate because their wasn't enough tolerance between the two pieces for the locking mechanism to operate correctly.
General Comments
Very satisfied with the workmanship and design, other than the numbers on the tumblers that I would have like to have been raised to have been able to feel the numbers when its too dark out to read them. Prior to buying your product I had bolted hide-away key boxes to the underside of my cars, only to have had to move them once I had used them once for fear that someone may have noticed where I kept my spare key.
