Great Day VFR Bag
Pros

Compact great use of space and protects valuable equipment.
Excellent construction and top quality materials. This bag will last a long time.

Side radio pocket could have a better designed strap to hold radio in place.

After watching the video about Sporty's flight bags it is everything that they said it is. In hind-sight, if the video or web page would have given a bit more info on the size difference between this VFR and standard bag, I more than likely would have chosen the standard bag as the VFR one is very compact.

Very durable and has nice features such as License location, radio holder, etc...Very good looking, and the Embroidery was a nice touch. Very good shipping and order statusing.
Cons
Not that big. lager headsets are a tight fit into the pockets. Sectional's slots are not that deep.

Appears to be solid construction and build. Setup is great for me as a student pilot. Lots of room for books, charts, knee board and other VFR supplies. Bag is large enough to carry most needed items without taking a lot of space

Had the IFR bag a while ago, and it was too small. Used the original bag for the past 3 years, and it was too large. The VFR bag seems to be a nice comprimise.

It is the right size for my needs. I am a student pilot and it carries all of my stuff without being overly bulky.
Cons
The front zipper pocket for the log book is kind of a tight fit. That is about the only thing you can put in it. I have to admit that is kind of nit picky.

Just the right size for most everyday flying needs. Holds two headsets, handheld radio, GPS, charts, and all the other small stuff you need. Excellent quality construction, and it still leaves room on the back seat for a passenger.
Cons
As others have noted, there's no place to put a standard size plotter. I guess it's Sporty's way of selling the folding plotter.
The partitions for the main compartment are a little tricky to set up. The velcro tabs really grip if you get them anywhere near the side walls!
