General Comments I bought this bag since my regular 'flight bag' - a $10 NASA backpack gifted to me during an internship - was starting to show some wear. It arrived the night before my checkride, and it sort of told me that there really wasn't any turning back now. I figured that if I invested money into a good flight bag, I would be less intimidated by the DPE, who went from being nice and unassuming to inhumanly intimidating with a simple 'Let's begin.' |

They allowed easy customization for the configuration that I wanted. The two large side pockets had room for both of my logbooks and all the other little nick nacks that I use. The slash pockets that are displayed holding sectionals are perfect. My wife was able to find what I needed, without looking at me funny. ConsThe pocket that's designed for the carriage of a radio is pretty much useless if you don't own one. The pocket could be redesigned to be more utilitary.
