I don't have to go out and use a broom handle to unfurl the flag all the time. When it's windy it just whips around.

It still furls every so often but it will unfurl itself.

Does not work well with pole type flags that slide onto the pole & around the attachment. Mine still got tangled in the wind. For me it was a waste of money.

This flagpole accessory seems to have solved our 10-year tangle problem. We fly a 5X7 American flag from a tree mounted pole, and have needed to 'unwrap' the flag from the pole after every wind & rain storm.. We have had 3 such days since installing the 1" model, and have had NO TANGLES....

Nice product. Works well as advertised in that flag does not furl.
Cons
The plastic flag clips need to be replaced with something else that's easier to use. They're too hard to open while trying to fit through a grommet. It's fine if you only fly one flag and don't need to take it on or off. I fly several flags and royal standards and change them often. I ended up replacing the clips with my old traditional metal ones.
