General Comments
I have a huge balcony that leads from the main house to the garage apartment. It was very dark before I put four of these on top of the flat railing. I had to get a 4 x 4 and cut the pieces three inches high to really make them stand out! My neighbors behind me even called and said how classy they look. We cant use our security lights because they shine right into neighbors window. These are perfect, I highly recommend them. They still shine a little when I wake up and the sun is rising.
