Never fly without 'em. Always have a couple in my kneeboard and a dozen or so in my flight bag. I recommend carrying the small-size can of Ozium too; tough to concentrate on flying when someone's just barfed and the whole aircraft is suddenly filled with the aroma of half-digested food and stomach acids. O2 mask helps, but not as much as Ozium.

There is nothing good about air sickness, but when you get it, you better have them close by!
Cons
Top of the bag needs a reinforcement or thickened fold to make it easier to open while trying to keep your lunch from leaving before the bag is opened.
