Pros Worked like a charm - left duct clean as a whistle.
Shop-Vac attachment very effective in getting rid of the lint.
Good written instructions.
Cons The screw connectors on the rods are a bit time consuming especially if you follow the recommendation to use duct tape to prevent accidentally disconnecting the rods while they're in the duct. A better design would be a quick connect system similar to a quick change drill bit system - but that might make for a more costly product.
Included DVD-video more of a promo piece. You should read the instructions to fully understand how to how to use the product.
General Comments Using the extension kit, I cleaned 24' of dryer duct in about an hour. If you're absolutely confident that you won't reverse your drill (maybe duct tape the drill switch in the forward position) you could save time in not having to follow the recommended practice (which I did) of taping every connection point.
