Pros easy to use. still have to shovel snow off of ground by the garage after using on the roof. rake is lightweight and seemed durable in my hands while using. I removed 4 inch deep snow and had no problems.

Pros The company was good enough to reinburse us the delivery charge when our item was not delivered within the time frame we had paid an additional delivery fee for. Although it took a request to talk to a supervisor before this was done.
Cons After only 2 uses all of the screws and nuts came loose - I know we assembled the item but the hardware that wa with the item was not good -my husband changed off all of the hardware and then we were back in business without any problems.
General Comments We have purchased items from Sporty's before and found their items up to par!

Cons the handle is a good length but it is too wimpy. Make the handle of a larger diameter tubing. While that would increase the cost and weight, it would be better for getting the rake up to break through the snow/crust on the roof.

Pros Light weight, easy to use at 16'. 21' could be an issue.
rollers help prevent digging in to shingles.
Cons Overpriced! Everybody else selling it for at least $10.00 less!
Should come with Velcro straps to secure all of the tubes together for storage.
I think the angle needs to be back from the blade more to facilitate two story snow removal. Works fine on one story roofs but has limited reach on two story. Longer wouldn't help - angle needs to be repositioned.
General Comments It worked as advertised, which is a good thing these days!

Pros The rake does an excellent job of clearing snow from my roof.
Cons 1. One of the handles would not fit into the others, so it could not be used.
2. Even though I tightened all of the bolts and nuts on the rake assembly, one bolt, nut and washer for one of the struts must have vibrated loose and was lost.
General Comments The Customer Support person who handled my call about the bad handle is exceptional. Thank you
