The gutter cleaner worked as advertised. It did an excellent job on cleaning the gutters on my house.
Cons
When fully extended I sometimes accidently shut-off the water. This was due to the placement of the on/off switch near where I was holding the tool to clean very high gutters. This was not a problem on lower gutters.

Came with a handy, but ridiculously restrictive on/off valve. It throttled the available flow so much that otherwise well-designed tool didn't have the power to blow wet leaves. Replaced with full-flow hardware store in-line hose valve for better performance.

Water force is insufficient to move leaves. You end up getting soaked without getting decent results.
General Comments
I get an accumulation of pine needles and already have gutter guards so I just wanted to be able to move the accumulation of pine needles that come to rest on or just above the gutters. The flow from this product is so weak that it just didn't move anything. I ended up having to get on the ladder and use the hose with just a decent nozzle. Thus, this purchase was basically a waste of money.

Great for pushing out leaves even without hooking it up to a hose.

Not great for second story. Little hard to handle with water.
General Comments
I think some sort of screw on attachment would work better and you wouldn't even need to attach a hose to it. Some type of screw on scoop or brush that would fit down inside the gutter. Overall pretty decent product.
