Our Irrigation System, however, employs a superior "drip" process to gradually deliver water, eliminating these problems. With this System, you simply fill the drip bag with water and walk away. Small holes in the bag gradually drip the bag empty in 6-8 hours, resulting in a saturated tree with no runoff. The Evergreen Drip System (holds 15 gallons) stands only 6" tall and is for applications with limbs very close to the ground. Evergreen systems cannot be zipped together.

Pros
This item was a god-send during a very dry time when we had planted new trees and shrubs. While in it's first season, it seems to be a durable product that I hope we can get several seasons of use.
Cons
Unless you have a very level area, this drip system will complete it's usage in about 2 1/2 hours. If not level, it can leave a goodly amount of water left in it when you may plan to transfer to another tree - very difficult to move when it is not empty! I would not try to do so as you could tear it.
General Comments
So far, I am generally pleased with this item. It will be interesting to see how it weathers our Wisconsin winters - it will not be left out in the elements, but here the extreme temperature change sometimes changes valves, plugs, etc.
