Extremely easy to use in a variety of ways. Elastic was stretchy enough to secure very large loads.
It was surprisingly water proof until riddled with holes from sharp objects.
Cons
One seam opened with the second use.
Instructions should warn user to protect tarpeze from puncture by covering sharp objects with some sort of padding.
General Comments
I plan to keep a mattress pad handy to use under the SECOND tarpeze I've purchased to extend its weatherproof useful life.

the clips that that hold it on the part of the bed next to the cab wont fit. the problem is the bed liner is to thick for the clip. there is no resolution that i can see to the problen
