This Automatic Garage Door Closer features a small wireless sensor that attaches to your door and a pushbutton wall console that replaces your existing pushbutton. Just set your preference for when you’d like the door to close and it will automatically close your garage door 2, 5, 10, or 20 minutes after it was opened. A switch lets you disable the automatic feature whenever desired. For use with garage doors protected by optical safety sensors that keep the door from closing if the threshold is obstructed. For compatibility with older garage door openers, optional adapter may be required (sold separately).

Pros
Unique product that could work well in some applications. Good technical support. Easy to install.
Cons
Short range between sensor and receiver makes it work inconsistently. Came with weak batteries, making it hard to troubleshoot. Poorly organized manual missing important information. Occasional phantom garage opening with no delayed closing, defeating purpose of device. Took hours or days for me to properly program receiver that was too far from sensor and that still does not consistently work when car is parked between them.
General Comments
Will work best if sensor and receiver are not far from each other. Still concerned about phantom openings that do not close with any delay. This product needs more field testing to get the bugs out of it. My "far" unit is not really that far and should work. Range is too short: poor electronics. Should have two frequencies to assure no interference between 2 units next to each other.
