This did not last as expected. Area patched is already coming up even after applying sealer on the driveway. I will never use this product again nor recommend it to anyone.

I used it to cover roofing patch material on a line where the edge drip flashing was exposed because of the typical shrinkage of SBS modified bitumen roofing. I did have a leak and hope the product and help seal and UV protect the patch.

A very fine product, easy to use, durable and lasting. It even looks neat and tidy, and holds up well to traffic.
Cons
Haven't seen it through winter weather yet, but believe it will endure perfectly. I wish the adhesive side could be a little more positive. Any dust, etc. in the way completely defeats its adhesion. Then, if scuffed, it detaches, not to be adhered again. The mfgr should recommend an adhesive to use to boost its stick-ability.
