Nice product, poor quality control

It is a heavy duty binder, long life.

The bottom two rings do not close all the way. When flipping pages, the pages get hung in the opening in the rings. For the price of the binder and the way it is constructed it should not be like this. I was unable to return the product because I was leaving for instrument training and needed the binder immediately.

Very well constructed. It came with a sticker that said it had been inspected. There is no way it was inspected because the rings not closing is an obvious defect. It also said it was made in the USA. Poor qulaity control.

I was expecting a binder simular to the binders I now own. These were purcased several years ago and had double thickeness and the edges were sticted.

This binder is a great way to keep your cockpit organized. It is an easy way keep all your appraoch charts in one location. The "Stay Open" bar is a great idea. Leather is great quality and should last years.

A little heavy but that is due to the quality of the product.

I believe this will last a while, I love the hinged leather.
Cons
Could use some sort of a pocket to hold the enroute charts that come with the airway manual pack. Could also be a little less expensive.
