Reduces clutter and keeps what I use most nearby without reaching for, charts ,etc.

The elastic strap a does not hold snug enough in my opinion.

Pros
I have only used the knee board a couple of times so far but the quality appears to be good. Lot's of storage. Being a student pilot I am using it to hold a comms cheat sheet. I haven't used it enough to be able to determine an accurate durability rating.
Cons
I have to pull the knee board back on my leg quite a ways to avoid any interference with the yolk during round out and flare on landing but would probably have the same issue with any board.
General Comments
It holds everything I have needed during training thus far. Sporty's is great. I fly on Tuesday every week. My CFI recommended I get a knee board after a flight. I ordered the knee board on Wednesday and had it by Friday well before my next flight.

I fly a LoneEz and I needed the pockets as much as anything. It has good storage locations that are big enough (even for sectionals). Good clip board for writing. Appears well made. Fits my leg well.
