These unique placards can be added to any kneeboard, flight desk or yoke board to update it with important IFR or VFR information. Just peel off backing and stick on! Both the VFR and IFR placard feature light gun signals, ICAO alphabet, flight plan sequence, special equipment suffixes, transponder codes, engine failure checklist and cruising altitudes. IFR placard also includes position report format and mandatory reporting points. VFR placard adds basic VFR weather minimums. Reasonable cost method of updating a kneeboard.
Cons
Too wide to fit the better "military spec-kneeboard" that Sporty's sells, which comes plain without writing on it. Personally, I like the layout and items written on ASA"s kneeboard better. Sporty's wastes great space with a huge ICAO alphabet / morse code, and generic 7 item emergency engine checklist.

Easily wrinkled metal foil. Should be shipped packed between 2 pieces of heavy card board to prevent wrinkling or damage during transit.
