Designed for use in the Professional Pilot Technology Program at the University of Cincinnati, this universal flight plan form is the most versatile form available. Can be used either folded or flat to allow the pad to work equally well on any size kneeboard. The navigation log is printed on the right side of both the front and back to provide room for 22 check points—more than enough for any flight. Includes check boxes for both preflight planning and in-flight adjustments as well as ample room for in-flight notes (Atis, clearance, etc.). VFR side is printed with an FAA Flight Plan checklist and a diversion checklist for quick reference. Other side features space for numerous aircraft performance calculations. This is the perfect form for any flight. The pad of 50 sheets measures 8 1/2" x 11".

Flight plan section isn't in standard format with the box 1,2,3 etc that I'm used to, but it only took a minute to adapt.

Works great for IFR planning, though complex routing won't fit in the allocated space (plenty of space in the notes field though).

Good size, and laid out well.
Cons
Print size in some areas so small that it is unreadable. Since most pilots are older, thus needing reading glasses, this is a big flaw. Also it looks like it was printed by a copy machine that is running out of toner. Some of the lines on the form are badly faded or missing.
General Comments
Raise the font size on the right side of the form so that it is readable. Increase you surveillance/ quality control. Not sure if I would recommend this product, since the poor printing may just be a fluke which occurred in a small measure.

As with all foldable flight/nav forms, blocks are too small. I wouldn't recommend this product over any other. They're all about the same.

I borrowed a bit of this layout and items to build my own NAVLOG and planning form. If you don't want to build your own, this one will do just about as well as any other.
