Throttle lever is not calibrated correctly. Pusing the trottle all the way on the yoke only pushes the throttle on the program about 80% full. Also, the trim wheel is very hard to turn.
General Comments
Overall a very useful and fun set. I was especially impressed by the realism and attention to detail of the program. For example, not only are the runways true to life for my home airport, even the ATC and ground control frequencies are correct.

Program takes up a lot of space. I run it on a 60G laptop. It works pretty well, but every now and then it pauses to allow my system to catch up. Probably won't have any issues if running from a 100G+ desktop.

Easy plug and play setup. A small pointer on top of yoke makes for easy view changes from left --> right and up --> down.
Cons
The spring on elevator is very stiff. You will need to fasten it to a sturdy desk. Flight Sim X is very nice with smooth transitions.

Great package deal for the price, the best way to get into sim flying with one shot and without much hassle.
Cons
CH Products make good equipment, however it is, after all, made of plastic. Very breakable plastic. Don't know about other sim controllers, but the pedals at least could use a tension control; mine's a little loose.
General Comments
No simulator will give you the exact flying experience, but it is good for practice when you don't have the real thing. Further, this package lets you start with little hassle and a lot less cash. The multiplayer aspect of MS Flight Sim allows you to even practice radio use. A good investment for any student.

Great to practice approaches, VFR flights, emergency procedures, instrument work, flying other aircraft and amazing graphics.
Cons
Takes a long time to download each flight, maybe due to my computer being old and not having tons of memory. Haven't figured out how to use the ILS or tune the VOR's but working on it. Foot pedals don't do much. Tough to fly the gliders, and helicopters hard to read the numbers on the electronic dashboards, maybe my computer is too small of a screen.

Not enough planes (should be noted that a Cherokee/Archer/Arrow or a DA-20 are not included as these are training planes too).

The Cessna 172 included with this sim is PERFECT! I use it to prcatice all my procedures. Overall I was extremely impressed with this package, I highly recommend it for the student pilot, or the expieranced pilot with a little free time on their hands!
