Easy to follow lay out of the material in the book. I haven't taken the test yet, but I now have a wonderful idea of what to expect because they use actual questions used by the FAA. Great study tool!

the pages are a little thin (the paper looks like it my be made out of thin recycled material).

The pages are alittle thin and you have to be careful not to rip or be hard on it. Most of the review answers are good, but a few here and there are not so good at explaining the answer to the question.

Invaluable tool to helping with studying for the written. Especially helpful for those of us that have been out of school for awhile. We used the book in our 141 class to help prepare. I used it to help with identify the weak areas and gain more depth of understanding. It also helps with simple test taking (how the FAA wants you to answer) and learning what the BEST choice is.
Cons
There is a lot of material to cover. I'm not sure if this would be suitable for the part 61 student. The volume of info and questions can be overwhelming.
General Comments
I rate is overall a 5 star. I don't know about durability, as I haven't had it long time and I tend to take good care of books. For a workbook, this seems to be put together better than some others and should be in my library a long time.
Reliability: Gleim has a website where you can get updates and info about typos and printing errors. There are only a few but it is recommended for the latest info.
