Good rugged design, sleek look. Great mounting/interlock system for all Saitek gear, so putting together all components are easy and sturdy. Displays are crisp, easy to toggle thru the 6-pack choices to build the configuration/spot you want. Easy USB connections, good packaging and convenient driver disk included. Size of the pannels matches up with the other Saitek Gear, so everything matches up great. Clarity of resolution is very good.
Cons
A bit expensive to build the full 6-pack or more, and requires powered USB hubs to connect them all, and really needs powered USB2 rated hubs, as USB1 hubs gave me some issues. User and configuration guides to use with FlightSim X and such would be great for all their products, but that is more on the Saitek side, and there are decent web resources for building a first class flight sim with the Saitek gear.
General Comments
I have spent a bit of money on my flight sim, but it's been worth it. I have a full six pack, all instrument pannels, yoke and rudder. I've made a true instrument pannel by cutting thick sheet plastic and aluminum into a cockpit and then inserting all the Saitek gear into it. A truly fun build, all the parts from the hardware store. I then put up a high def 45 in TV surrounded with blue pannels in front of the cockpit area, and some big throaty speakers for engine noises. It's a joy to fly and practice my Cessna 172 instrument flying, or doing SAR missions with the Flight Sim X - Civil Air Patrol add on.
Overall I would reccomend all the Saitek gear very much

Sometimes I wish every one there was as good as the last person I talked to but can't remember his name. Coud not get the thing downloaded on my computer so the first person wanted me to send it back (at my expense) under waranty which I thought wasn't right.
Waited one month and bought another one. Same problem till I talked to the young man. He fixed both. Thanks

I was a little disappointed in all honesty. I've tried several fixes and non of them work. When I switch from one instrument to the next it has a tendency to freeze up and just stop working. It's kind of frustrating.

The flight intrument panel is a really great product. I purchased two of them and love them to focus on intrument work. I have a large HD computer screan but did not like how fuzzy the panel got when I panned out to get a better VFR view and these really help stay focused on instruments in simulated VFR or IFM work.
Cons
only con is that they are a bit exspensive for what is really just a very small computer screen.
