Pros
Adds an exttra dimension to flight sim experience, Emulates most of the radio stack in a compact package
Cons
As other reviewers stated, the knobs for tuning frequency are crap. Sometimes can be very difficult to dial in the value you want. I bought this for a more realistic work load experience for IFR practice but don't need the distraction of radios that are too hard to tune. (Distractions welcome, just not the same one over & over!) Could not get the DME display to work with NAV2. Even if you throw the simulated switch on the FSX radio stack, the FSX displays the correct readout but not the box. Works fine with nav1
General Comments
I still bought it in spite of reviews warning me about the knobs. Still glad I did but would like to see a more robust upgrade. The knobs feel like encoders so I would hope that a future software patch might fix this. I grudingly recommend it in spite of its drawbacks.

Pros
Easy to use, gives good practice using the radios and VORs.
Cons
Unit goes to sleep on me in between FSX sessions, and needs to be unplugged and replugged to wake back up again. I haven't found another way to wake it back up.

Pros
Really good product and easy to set up it really makes communication and navigation that more realistic when using MS Flight sim as a basic training aid. Fairly easy to use however, just a bit touchy when dialing in frequencies.
Cons
It would be nice if it came with more detailed instructions but overall no complaints.

Cons
The XPDR (Transponder) doesn't have the knob to activate - off - STBY.

Pros
Great realism effect, adds a very rich experience to simm.
Cons
The frequency tune buttons are kind of sticky or sluggish, I have to spend time to get the exact frequency set. The mounting frame as I commented in the panel switch is a bit flimsy, a more robust mount would be great improvement.
General Comments
This product looks and feels great in the simm set up, it is nice feeling to play with the buttons to set up radio and nav frequencies. I would like (and plan to) add a second unit to use as COMM2/NAV2 in the future.

Pros
Does the trick and gives a more realistic com stack.
Cons
Does not stay set to same frequencies if turned off so you always have to reset up with each new flight. (no provision for default settings either).
Knobs can be a little bit over-sensitive. Only sets to 2 digits making 3 digit frequencies requiring to be rounded.
General Comments
Seems to be more sensitive to requiring a system reboot than other Seitek products....might just be my particular setup.

Pros
Product is Awesome. Saitek has learned from its first production of panels Pro Flight Switch Panel. One driver now covers all three panels. This, The radio panel works perfectly and as expected. The Black Selection twist switches are tight and the frequency rotation knobs operate extremely smooth. I have now used the radio panel since early July when the produce was released.
Cons
Durability and Reliability Ratings were given 4 stars only due to the length of time owned...so far...perfect.
Only Con...PRICE $$$

Pros
It makes interacting with the simulator much easier. Rather than opening the radio stack, you simply adjust the frequencies as needed.
Cons
The nobs that switch between radios are stiff. The nobs that control frequencies aren't as precise as I'd like. They skip numbers pretty regularly. There may be a settings change to combat this, but I haven't gotten that far yet. One of the decimal LEDs isn't working (right out of the box). The warranty requires me to send it in for repairs and can take 7-10 weeks.
General Comments
I really like the product. It makes simming easier and more realistic.

Pros
Heavy duty construction and works great once you figure out how to get the product to work with FS2004. Big step forward in making the flying experience as real as possible and no more mouse clicking to drive the NAV/COMs in FS2004.
Cons
It definitely is not "plug and play" and when trying to lauch the FS2004 "plug in", an error occurs that a specific .dll is missing. After some surfing, the appropriate download was found to fix the problem, but it would have been a lot easier if this would have been included with the product/sofware.
Otherwise, the radio panel is high quality and bolts on nicely to the Saitek yoke. However, the yoke mounting is not optimal as the yoke obstructs the switches. The knobs are very hard to turn, so mounting via velcro, etc else where will not work as turning the knobs requires so moch force, it really needs to be "bolted down". Perhaps the manufacturer could build a stand alone modular stack with destop anchoring? Any way to "ease up" on the force to turn the switches would also be a bonus.
