Easy to put anywhere on the windscreen. Easy to move and reapply as the sun shifts position. Works very well cutting down the glare. Provides great relief to the eyes.

If the visor gets folded and develops a crease, it will limit the ability of the visor to adhere to the windscreen.

I have flown six ocean crossings in the F-16 either staring into an eight hour sunset or being flash blinded by brilliant sunrises. As you can well imagine, the canopy of an F-16 doesn't lend itself to a traditional sunvisor arrangement. I improvised with post-it notes, which worked alright, but I figured there had to be something better. This slap-on sunvisor was exactly what I was looking for! I used it on a flight from Alaska to Korea and back last week, and it worked much better than I anticipated. I am trying to convince my life support shop to buy them for the entire squadron!

It's a neat idea: slap this green sun filter where ever the sun is glaring at you. It's not too big, it's not too small.
Cons
I found two problems: 1)It does not stay put for very long, maybe a half hour before it starts to "fall away". I have to keep smoothing it back in to place. 2)When I'm not using it there is no good place to store it. Trying to put it back in its envelope is a pain (it's very floppy) and it collects dust which minimizes it adheasion the next time you try to use it. I have resorted to slapping it on a rear window ... where it falls off (see above) and I have to keep re-smoothing it in place.

This does not block or even reduce the sun. When flying alone, it is not easy to move the item around the windscreen. I found it easier to just remove the item and it now resides in the bottom of my flight bag.

If you open the door, with engine running, they blow off. Not as easy to apply - just slap up didn't work for me and I cleaned the windows before application. They fell off often, trying to keep them on was a hassle for me and I wasn't flying the plane.
