I've got five hours in the cockpit with it thus far, always know where the pencil is, paper scrollable as advertised (which is nice--get the stuff out of the way you no longer need like a previous altimeter reading or frequency.) I unintentionally wore the device around my wrist while on the ground today for several hours between flights--quite comfortable.
Cons
I have hooked and yanked the headset cable with the pencil in it's holder (C172)--but at least I always know where the darn pencil is!
General Comments
This device was not designed for the pilot--which suprised me--I can't imagine walking around the office wearing one of these things! Only time will tell just how durable it is, but so far I love it. I still wear a knee board, but do most all my writing on the wrist device--save the knee board for holding charts and the flight plan. For a VFR pilot, this device assist with keeping the head up and out the windows just that much longer.

For someone who's always wishing there was more room in the cockpit, and usually dropping pens and other items, this works out GREAT. It's always there, yet not in the way of controls or instruments, yet not in the way!

This is a great invention. It is pretty big and bulky to have on your wrist but it does the job. The paper is very easy to move and it is suprisingly comfortable to wear.

Needs ratchet mechanism to keep paper flat. Feels cheeply built, but have not had it long enough to have an opinion of its durability or reliability. Rollers squeak. (Coworkers make fun of me ;-)
